هيدى كمال سيدة من مصر

هيدي كمال تخرجت من كليه السياحة والفنادق جامعه حلوان. قبل سفرها الى المانيا عملت مرشدة سياحية للسائحين الالمان حتى ٢٠١١، ومع سوء حال السياحة تقدمت للحصول على درجة الماجستير من جامعة حلوان، الا ان طلبها رفض.

وفي نفس العام توفي زوجها وهي ام لطفلين ١٠ و٦ سنوات ففكرت في مستقبلهم ولذلك قدمت على الدراسات العليا في جامعة برلين وتم قبولها وسافرت مع اولادها الي برلين.

Hedi Kamal was a German tour guide in Egypt. After the tourism industry declined in 2011, she applied for a master degree at the University of Helwan, but her application was rejected.

In the same year, she lost her husband. They had two children, 6 and 8 years old. As a single mom, she thought about their future. She applied for a graduate school at the University of Berlin and was accepted. She left to Germany with her children.

اول عام واجهت صعوبات كثيره لعدم ايجاد عمل ولكن مِع الإصرار بدأت في اخذ دورات بالجامعة في كيفية التخطيط للمستقبل الوظيفي والموازنة بين الأسرة والعمل، وبدأت العمل بوظيفه صغيره جدا في بيع تذاكر بالمسرح.

أيقنت انها لتنجح يجب عليها المزيد من الدراسة، التحقت للدراسة في معهد للتحليل السياسي وحصلت على دبلوم في التحليل السياسي، وماجستير علوم اسلامية من برلين. عملت مدربة لدي وزارة العمل الألمانية للاجئين، وقدمت فكره برنامج لتدريب اللاجئين على الاندماج، وكذلك أشرفت على دورات التدريب في كل المانيا.

عملت أيضا كمستشارة لكبري الشركات الألمانية ومدربة لكوادر الوزارات والشركات الألمانية، وكذلك عملت بجامعه برلين الحرة في قسم علم النفس المقارن.

Life was hard the first year since she had no job. She took some classes to help her plan for her future career and how to balance between work and family. She found a small job selling tickets at a theater.

She realized that she had to learn and study more, so she studied at the institute for political analysis and received her diploma. She proceeded with her studies and obtained her masters in Islamic Sciences at the University of Berlin.

She worked as a trainer at the Ministry of Labor for Refugees and I proposed an integration program training which I supervise it throughout Germany.
She has also worked as a consultant for German companies and a trainer for German ministries and companies. She also worked at the Freie Universität Berlin in the Department of Comparative Psychology.

لها عده أبحاث تم نشرها في ألمانيا وتم اختيارها من ضمن طاقم فيلم وثائقي تم عرضه في التلفزيون الألماني. أسست شركتها الخاصة للتدريب والاستشارات التي حصلت على شهادة الجودة الألمانية طبقا لأعلي معاير الجودة.

هيدي مازالت تعمل كمستشارة ومدربة للحكومة الألمانية، وحكومة برلين، وفي عده وزارات وشركات عالميه داخل وخارج ألمانيا.

وهي الأن متزوجة من مسئول الماني.

She has published several research papers in Germany and was selected on the crew of a documentary film that was broadcast on the German television. She established Cultural Lights, a Training and Consulting Company, which has received The German quality management certification.

Hedi is still working as a consultant and trainer for the German government, the Government of Berlin, and in several ministries and international companies in Germany and abroad.

She is now married to a German official
