Egyptian Ambassador to Russia Ihab Nasr said that Egypt alone represents 40% of the volume of trade between Russia and the whole of Africa.
In an interview on Wednesday with Sputnik, Nasr said that Egypt is a main partner to Russia in Africa and the Middle East, adding that Russia is a very important partner to Egypt.
The Egyptian-Russia ties witnessed strategic developments during the past years.
