Zamalek manager Christian Gross announced on Monday a list of 24 players who will face El Entag El Harby on Tuesday at Egypt Cup round of 16.
Mahmoud Hamdy, known as El Wensh, was named on the list although he could not participate at the team’s training session on Sunday.
El-Wensh is expected to be out for two weeks, but the manager added him to the list to follow his recovery process during the camp session .
Moroccan striker Hamid Ahaddad was ruled out of the list beside Mohamed Abdel Salam, Ahmed Madbouli and Mohamed ‘Kamacho’ Ahmed.
Gross’ chosen squad for the game consisted of:
Goal keepers : Emad el-Sayed, Omar Salah, Mahmoud ‘Gennesh’ Abdel Rahim
Defenders: Mohamed Abdel Ghani, Hamdi Nagguez, Bahaa Magdy, Mahmoud Hamdy, Ahmed Fattoh, Hazem Imam, Mahmoud Alaa
Midfielders : Mahmoud Abdel-Aati, Mohamed Antar, Ayman Hefny, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Mohamed Hassan, Abdallah Gomaa, Ibrahim Hassan, Mahmoud ‘Kahraba’ Abdel-Monem, Tarek Hamed, Ferjani Sassi, Mohamed Ibrahim
Forward : Kabongo Kasongo, Youssef Obama and Omar el-Said.
The game will be take place on Tuesday at 6:00 P.M at Alexandria Stadium.
