A total of 11 terrorists were killed Tuesday in an exchange fire with security forces in a raid at hotbed in a farm in Obour district in Arish city, North Sinai.
The raid was launched upon information obtained by the National Security sector about the terrorists’ shelter in the farm, where they prepare for their attacks.
The terror elements initiated firing heavily against the forces. The security forces fired back and killed 11 terrorists who possessed 5 rifles, 2 automatic rifle, 1 pistol, 2 explosive devices and an explosive belt.
State security prosecution started investigations into the incident.
