Egypt International, Sam Morsy, revealed his talks with Mohamed Salah as Morsy was a regular player in Egypt squad in the era of Argentinean manager, Hector Cuper.
“The conversations I’ve had with Salah about his training regime are phenomenal. The way football goes at any level means you have to sacrifice a lot for your trade. But the guys at the top level have to give everything. It’s their whole lives, they are 24-hour-a-day athletes.” Morsy told press.
Morsy was one of the national team squad that participated in 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and he made a world cup debut at the opening game against Uruguay.
Morsy continued “Salah is relentless. The top boys are. They work harder than everyone else. I remember seeing him and thinking to myself, ‘Wow, you’re miles off it’.”
Salah established himself as one of the best players in the world and won back to back Golden boot award at the Premier League with Liverpool.
Salah also take Liverpool to the podium in 2019 summer after winning UEFA Champions League title.
