The Ministry of Finance auctioned treasury bills at a total value of EGP 17 billion.
In an online statement released on Thursday, the ministry said it sold 182-day T-bills worth LE 10 billion with average yield of 13.32 percent, adding it accepted bids at rates between 13.001 percent and 13.349 percent.
The ministry added that 357-day T-bills worth LE 7 billion were offered, with average yield of 13.293 percent, noting that it accepted bids at rates between 13.09 percent and 13.319 percent.
