Health Minister Hala Zayed has reaffirmed that the state currently works on increasing oxygen strategic stock and tanks and healthcare beds and providing a new production line for medications.
In televised statements, she reiterated on Sunday that a protocol has been developed for the treatment of the coronavirus cases with the best treatment services to overcome the pandemic.
Egypt would have suffered huge human losses during the outbreak of Covid-19, but the state’s great efforts on treating hepatitis C virus and detecting chronic diseases helped overcome such losses, Zayed said.
The minister also underscored the state’s efforts to save the lives of Egyptians and help them avoid being infected with the Coid-19.
